Clear aligners, such as Invisalign, have gained popularity due to their discreet appearance. These plastic trays fit snugly over the teeth and can be removed while eating or brushing. Aligners are great for mild to moderate alignment issues and are nearly invisible, making them ideal for adults or https://grandoaksorthodontics.com/ teens who want a subtle solution. However, they must be worn consistently to be effective. Orthodontists monitor progress and provide new trays every few weeks during treatment.
